Are you a fashion designer?
I am not a fashion designer, i am a clothier; as a college student i sometimes have pices of clothing made and sold to earn some bucks.
What kind of fashion are you into?
Male fashion
Whats your personal fashion style?
My personal fashion style is all about combination of several style influence and also a touch of Western with African style.
About this picture: it a style one can pull to a festival. When making the shirt, I had it in mind that I wanted to make something fun, practical, and weather appropriate. The black chiffon on the back and sleeves was a great addition to the mix because it’s light and allows for easy passage of air which is necessary given the hot weather. It also somewhat transforms the shirt. (Gone are the days when when chiffon was considered a fabric solely for the ladies)
About this:With celebrities like Jidenna and Ric Hassani spearheading the afro-dapper moment, it’s recently become very common to find gents in Ankara/African print inspired outfits which usually is a little spin on contemporary menswear staples
About this:Printed pants have been a wardrobe staple for me ever since the beginning of my college days. I especially love their versatility; you could recreate several looks with just one piece. For this look, I kept it simple and monochrome by pairing a white button down long-sleeved shirt with a black and white mix printed pant (both custom-made) and black patent leather dress slippers (MR ZENITH) . I chose a black buttoned white shirt to complement the black and white mix on the pants and finished off the look with a dark pair of sunnies.
